Open: Cathedral
Golf Open 2008 will be held on Monday September 22, 2008 at Elkridge
Country Club. John Boote '81 and Pat Franklin are our Chairs for

The
Annual End of Year Picnic:Families enjoyed an evening of fun and
camaraderie at the 11th Year End Picnic on June 5, 2008.
Thank you to
Maria Boote and Laura Chasney, our co-chairs, who did a
wonderful job!
The family picnic this year will be held on June 4, 2009- rain or
shine. The
Picnic is a tradition at the school which gives the
families a chance to say farewell to their school friends before
they leave for summer vacation!

Mary
Blake Heying Foster '73 is the Alumni Association President
at Cathedral. Mary Blake is an Account Representative for Unisource Worldwide,
specializing in packaging. Her husband, Mark, is the executive
director and founder of Second Chance, a non-profit architectural
salvage corporation in Baltimore City. They live in Roland Park with
their daughter, Hannah '08. Mary Blake has participated in numerous
alumni events over the past ten years. Mary Blake says, "It has always
been fun to reconnect with old friends from Cathedral and meet new
ones!" She and her family enjoy spending their free time at the Roland
Park pool during the summer where they have the opportunity to
socialize with many Cathedral families and alumni there too. We
welcome Mary Blake and know she will be a great asset to our Alumni
Association.
