Athletics are an integral part of the educational program at the School
of the Cathedral. The athletic program offers both boys and girls an
opportunity to participate in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. Students
from the Monsignor Whelan Program (MWP) through 8th grade can experience the joy and reward of
teamwork, cooperation, and sportsmanship.
The athletic program also offers parents the opportunity to make a valuable
and direct contribution to their children by participating as coaches for the various sports.
