2006 Golf Winners

The First Place Team members were: Peter Ratcliffe, Tom Hoblitzell, Wayne Farley, and Peter Foote.

The Second Place Team members were:
John Blaze, Chris Taylor, Geoff Adams, and Jeff Rogatz.

The Third Place Team members were:
Jim McElroy, Brad Bradley, Will Buttarazzi, and Pat Buttarazzi.

The Closest to the Pin winner was
Rocky Gaut. The winner of the Longest Drive was George Martinson. Mark Mullican took the prize in Putting Contest #1 and Al Krausz won Sister Josephann's Putting Contest.

2005 Golf Winners

The Second Place Team winners were Dave Willis, Jim Franklin, Has Franklin and Garrett Pfeifer. Each golfer was given a $25 gift certificate.

The Winning First Place Team members were: John Blaze, Jeff Rogatz, Geoff Adams and Chris Taylor.  These lucky gentlemen were awarded the coveted green Cathedral Fleece Jacket with “Cathedral Open” inscribed on the front. The team received a $200 credit voucher to use at the Greystone Golf Pro Shop. They also will have their names engraved on the Cathedral Open Golf Classic trophy, which will be displayed in the school foyer.

The golfer Closest to the Pin on Front Nine was Bill Kroll and Closest to the Pin on Back Nine was Chad Vaughn.  Jeff Rogatz won the Longest Drive on Front Nine and Chris Taylor won the Longest Drive on Back Nine.

Jim Morris had the closest ball to the 40 ft. putt, so he was able to take a chance at the 50 ft. putt. Although Jim did not make the 50 ft. putt, he won a deluxe vacation for two for 3 fun-filled days and 2 nights in sunny Mexico.  

2004 Golf Winners

Matt Woods had the closest ball to the 40ft. putt so he was able to take a chance at the 50ft putt, but was short of the hole.  The golfer Closest to the Pin Front Nine was Joe Bradley (2’8”).  Closest to the Pin Back Nine was Matt Woods (6’3”) and Brad Foxwell won the Longest Drive Front Nine and Longest Drive Back Nine.

The Second Place Team winners were Jim McElroy, Brad Bradley, Patrick Buttarazzi and Will Buttarazzi. This team received a $100 credit voucher to use at the Greystone Golf Pro Shop.

The First Place Team, Brian LaVelle, Mike Stott, Jeff Harris and Tom Maronick won with a tie breaker at the 2nd hole. These lucky gentlemen were awarded the coveted green Cathedral Fleece Vest with “Cathedral Open” inscribed on the front. They received a $300 credit voucher to use at the Greystone Golf Pro Shop. They also will have their names engraved on the Cathedral Open Golf Classic trophy which will be displayed in the school foyer.
