Applications for the 26-27 school year are now being accepted for grades PreK4 – grade 7.
Please indicate on your child’s application, what grade your child is going into for the 26/27 school year.
**Placement Testing for grades PreK4 – 7 will be scheduled when the application is complete. Our admissions team will be in touch to schedule testing for your child.
Age Limitations for PreK4 & Kindergarten
2026-2027 School Year
PreK 4 – Students must be 4 on or before September 1, 2026
Kindergarten – Students must be 5 on or before September 1, 2026
Necessary Documents for Application Consideration:
To apply for admission at The School of the Cathedral, please start by completing the application above. Please have these documents ready to upload as you apply. If you need an official records request form to access documents from your child’s current school, you may download that form HERE
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Grades Pre-K 4, Kindergarten, Pre-First, and First:
- Most recent report card (if applicable)
- Parent Observation Form
- Teacher Observation Form
- Grades 2 through 8:
- Most recent report card
- Teacher Referral Form
- Most recent standardized test scores (if applicable)
- IED and/or Evaluations (if applicable)
After Acceptance
Should your child be accepted, please log back into your parent to complete the enrollment checklist which includes:
- Emergency Medical Information
- Grandparent Information
- Technology Acceptable Use/Media Release Information
- Student Accident Information
- Health Form – click on the link and have form ready to upload
- Immunization Certificate – click on the link and have form ready to upload
- Contract
- Deposit (After this step, you will be provided a link to set up FACTS, our tuition payment system. After signing the contract you will be redirected to the FACTS portal. Please set up the FACTS account as soon as possible otherwise your child will not be pre-enrolled.)
- Optional but encouraged: complete the Virtus training here VIRTUS – School of the Cathedral Completion is Virtus is required for all volunteer in any Archdiocese of Baltimore school.
