August 26, 2022  New Parent Orientation (9:00 a.m.) Peek at your Seat

October 3, 2022 – Open up 2023/24 application portal

October 11, 2022 – Open House

October 3 – December 9, 2022 – Priority Admissions

November 15, 2022 – Open House

December 1, 2022 – Priority Re-enrollment Current Families

December 3, 2022 – Pre-K, Kindergarten, Pre-1st, First Grade Assessments

December 10, 2022 

  • Rolling Admissions 
  • 2nd – 8th Grade Assessments/Shadow

December 5, 2022 – January 13, 2023 – Reenrollment current families

Mid-January – Priority Admissions decisions finalized

January 31, 2023 

  • Catholic Schools Week Open House
  • Response required for Priority Admissions

March 2022 – Contracts due for all families

Necessary Documents for Acceptance

To apply for admission at The School of the Cathedral, please start by completing the application above. Please have these documents ready to upload as you apply:

  • Birth certificate
  • Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
  • Grades Pre-K 4, Kindergarten, Pre-First, and First:
    • Most recent report card (if applicable)
    • Parent Observation Form
    • Teacher Observation Form
  • Grades 2 through 8:
    • Most recent report card
    • Teacher Referral Form
    • Most recent standardized test scores (if applicable)
    • IED and/or Evaluations (if applicable)

After Acceptance

Should your child be accepted, please log back into your parent to complete the enrollment checklist which includes:

  • Emergency Medical Information
  • Grandparent Information
  • Technology Acceptable Use/Media Release Information
  • Student Accident Information
  • Health Form – click on the link and have form ready to upload
  • Immunization Certificate – click on the link and have form ready to upload
  • Contract
  • Deposit

After this step, you will be provided a link to set up FACTS, our tuition payment system.  After signing the contract you will be redirected to the FACTS portal. Please set up the FACTS account as soon as possible otherwise your child will not be pre-enrolled.
