Thank you for your interest in The School of the Cathedral.
Applications for the 24-25 school year are now being accepted for grades PreK4 – grade 7. We will have a Pre-First class in the 24-25 school .
We look forward to meeting you this fall at an admissions event!
**Placement Testing for grades PreK4 – 7 will be scheduled when the application is complete. Our admissions team will be in touch to schedule testing for your child.
Applications and testing for grades 2 – 7 must be complete prior to the Priority Admissions Deadline (December 15, 2023) to be considered for our first round of acceptances on Friday, January 19, 2024.
Age Limitations for PreK4 & Kindergarten
2024-2025 School Year
PreK 4 – Students must be 4 on or before September 1, 2024
Kindergarten – Students must be 5 on or before September 1, 2024

October 4, 2023 – Welcome Wednesday – Explore our Middle School
October 10, 2023 – Open House
October 25, 2023 – Welcome Wednesday – Explore our Preschool
November 1, 2023 – Welcome Wednesday – Explore our Pre-First Program
November 14, 2023 – Open House
December 2, 2023 – Assessments (Kindergarten, Pre-First and First)
December 4th – 8th, 2023 – PreK4 Assessments
December 11, 2023 – Registration begins for newly accepted PreK, Kindergarten, Pre-First, and First grade families
December 15, 2023 – Applications due for Priority Admissions in grades 2 – 8
January 19, 2024 – Registration begins for newly accepted 2nd – 8th grade students
January 31, 2024 – Deadline for current families and newly accepted students
February 1, 2024 – Rolling Admissions begins
Necessary Documents for Acceptance
To apply for admission at The School of the Cathedral, please start by completing the application above. Please have these documents ready to upload as you apply:
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Grades Pre-K 4, Kindergarten, Pre-First, and First:
- Most recent report card (if applicable)
- Parent Observation Form
- Teacher Observation Form
- Grades 2 through 8:
- Most recent report card
- Teacher Referral Form
- Most recent standardized test scores (if applicable)
- IED and/or Evaluations (if applicable)
After Acceptance
Should your child be accepted, please log back into your parent to complete the enrollment checklist which includes:
- Emergency Medical Information
- Grandparent Information
- Technology Acceptable Use/Media Release Information
- Student Accident Information
- Health Form – click on the link and have form ready to upload
- Immunization Certificate – click on the link and have form ready to upload
- Contract
- Deposit
After this step, you will be provided a link to set up FACTS, our tuition payment system. After signing the contract you will be redirected to the FACTS portal. Please set up the FACTS account as soon as possible otherwise your child will not be pre-enrolled.
