Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter. That includes forms to contact the school, RSVP for an open house, or volunteer. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, your child’s grade, and how you heard about us. If you choose to receive text reminders, we use your mobile number only for those reminders.
Some links take you to services we use but don’t run. Admissions inquiries and applications go through FACTS, which the Archdiocese requires. Donations and some payments go through DiamondMind. School email newsletters are sent through Constant Contact. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may collect your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your questions, share information about admissions and events, send reminders you asked for, and improve our website and outreach. We do not sell your personal information or share it for anyone else’s marketing. Consistent with the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s privacy statement, we use information only for the purpose it was collected or for related purposes that support the school’s mission.
Children’s privacy
Our website is meant for parents, guardians, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Only staff who need it to do their work can access it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from school emails at any time using the link in any email. To ask about, correct, or delete information you’ve given us, contact the school.
